I came to this Starbucks twice in the same day, but checking in while driving is kind of dangerous. Both times I came here, the coffee was made perfectly and the baristas was were so respectful. Found the Starbucks I plan to go to every time I'm in town!

I love Starbucks and I've been to different locations all over the nation. Usually the customer service is #amazing but when I ordered my husband's iced white mocha with Caramel drizzle in it I was surprised that it wasn't present when the drive through lady handed it to me. I noticed that the sticker on the side of the cup noted that there should be drizzle in it so I politely handed it back and pointed the missing drizzle out. The lady took the drink back began to fix it. I know my husband loves his Carmel all over so I called out to the lady to please put it inside the cup and on the whip. The window lady then comes back to the window and in some irritated tone begins telling me that I need to order that way when I am making my order. I was taken aback being the fact that I DID order the drink that way to begin with. Not only that but, a simple "ok" or "absolutely" would have sufficed. So I get my drink back. There's literally a drop of Carmel in it. I'm not one to cause a scene so I just left. But I just wanted to write this review because Starbucks is my husband and my favorite place to go. Being the fact that we are both in carreers that are always changing, Starbucks is the one place that offers us consistancy in our busy lives. I normally wouldn't even have time to write something like this but since I am on VACATION and am laying here next to my husband when he is asking me "Where's the carmel drizzle?" I figured I'd speak out.

Very nice, used only the drive thru; but the customer service was great. The order was correct, even with all the additions and such to it. Will be coming back next time in the Dells.

Nice place to order your beverages. Staffs are nice and customer services are cool. I recommend trying the Peach green tea lemonade, it's so refreshingly delicious!

Just in here and got awesome customer service!!! Brought in a drink made wrong earlier in day by another Starbucks. I had gone through drive thru earlier and couldn't go back right away...this Starbucks made it right by making a new drink quickly and with a great attitude.

When it comes to Starbucks, you know what you're getting. The menus at each franchise are just about identical, but there are distinct differences that make some branches more favorable than others. This review is meant to reflect what makes this Starbucks unique more so than the company as a whole. This location gets a bump in rating just for that: location. On drives between St. Paul and Chicago (or Madison or Milwaukee for that matter), this is really the only highway accessible coffee shop. I've been here many times for that reason and for that reason will come back many more times. For frequent coffee drinkers, I also strongly recommend pursuing a Starbucks Gold Card if you do not already have one. By simply reloading and reusing a gift card, you can easily reach Gold status. By doing so you get a free drink or food item after you've racked up 12 "gold stars" (items purchased).

I went twice - coming and going - for a northern vacation. The first time I was served rather cold oatmeal but the coffee was nice. I asked them to warm it in the microwave - they don't have one!? Probably corporate policy. The chairs in the lobby need to be replaced last year - dirty and beat up. The second time the service I received was really nice and saved this store from getting a 2 star review.

OMG. Thank you. The only SBUX for 100 miles. Stop here between Mpls-StPaul & Chicago. Friendly folks, fast enough to get us back on the road quickly. We used to try to go to the local coffee shops, but the lack of consistancy, service & just bad coffee have made us SBUX fans. Now we're hooked.

My chai tea latte was made perfectly. How random that my driver here (from Chicago) is Romanian and the drive-up cutie was Russian and spoke some Romanian. Gotta love the drive-thru, Sunday morning rush, no one needs to see how tired and hung over we were. Five minutes to get our coffees and a smile.

This was the only Starbucks in town that's the only reason we went there. The people were nice but it took twenty minutes for two drinks which even I can make in less than four minutes. I don't highly recommend it but I don't completely banish it either.
